		<description>I love this idea!  We pretty much do something Christmasy every day leading up to Christmas anyways.  So to make it &quot;official&quot; with a countdown would make it so much more exciting for the kids!  
We had a Christmas lunch yesterday that would work well.  I made sandwiches and then cut them into Christmas shapes using Xmas cookie cutters,  The kids loved them!  I ate the cut offs as my lunch, so there was no waste.

We do a traditional advent calendar with candy.  But it&#039;s one i made and I fill it with their Halloween candy!! 
They don&#039;t seem to get that there getting excited over something that was already theirs!  LOL.</description>
